The role includes developing personalized therapy programs to support clients in reaching their rehabilitation goals, supervising therapy assistants, and providing supervision to physiotherapists. The Senior Physiotherapist will also participate actively in the weekly site MDT meetings to support safe and effective care.Brightwater can offer you:The ability to salary packagemeaning you can legitimately pay less tax and increase your take-home pay.Our unique staff benefits program, including access to BrightwaterPlus, which offers discounts with over 370 retailers.Professional development opportunities.Professional supervision and mentoring.Flexible working arrangements.The ideal candidate will:Hold current AHPRA registration.Have a strong commitment to providing safe, high-quality care.Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in various environments with diverse populations.Have demonstrated experience as a Physiotherapist assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care.Have experience working effectively within a multidisciplinary team and supervising therapy assistants.Experience in a geriatric rehabilitation setting is desirable.Be able to organize and prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.Possess a current satisfactory National Police Certificate (obtained within the last 12 months).Hold a current Western Australian C Class Drivers License.Provide evidence of up-to-date flu vaccination.Have a satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check.With a history dating back to 1901, care is at our core.
