With continuous growth and exciting new projects set for 2025 and beyond across Western Australia, our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join their team.This position will oversee site operations on a 3-4 month project, with opportunities for ongoing work on subsequent projects with an 2:1 or 8:6 roster.The Role:As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Your responsibilities will include:Site Management: Supervise civil works and ensure on-site operations comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.Team Coordination: Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors, and resources, ensuring efficient use of labor and equipment.Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety practices, conduct risk assessments, and ensure all activities are in accordance with HSE policies.Quality Control: Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and project stakeholders, resolving any issues that may arise on site.Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any on-site challenges, from technical issues to logistical hurdles, to ensure smooth project execution.21st May, 2025About Us:Our client is a leading provider of civil construction and mining services, renowned for their commitment to safety, quality, and delivering exceptional results across a range of industries.
