As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates, including a National Police Check.ABOUT THIS WORK AREAAs Warehouse Team Leader your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead and support a team of warehouse co-workers to ensure daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental standards. Plan and monitor fulfilment tasks to meet daily goals on time and with high quality. Coach, develop and inspire your team through regular feedback and performance conversations. Drive continuous improvement and help deliver the best experience for our customers and store teams.As Warehouse Team Leader you are and/or have: Experience in leading teamsideally in warehousing, logistics or retail environments. A passion for operational excellence and creating a positive, people-first culture. A strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly. A safety-first mindset and confidence in decision-making under pressure.
