The organisation has been growing since 1985; in 2024, it donated more than $4.5m to medical research.About the RoleThe National Commercial and Operations Manager is a key leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting strategic growth across the AusHealth Hospital Division. With a focus on performance, innovation, and client success, this role oversees a range of commercial functions and works closely with teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Its a dynamic position at the heart of delivering results and shaping future direction.What will my day to day look like?Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Support the continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.Work collaboratively with internal teams to support business growth and ensure alignment across key functions.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services and solutions to clients.Foster strong working relationships across teams to promote coordination and shared goals.Contribute to financial planning, reporting, and budgeting activities to support informed decision-making.Support compliance, risk management, and performance monitoring to uphold business standards and drive strategic outcomes.Proven experience in team leadership and people management.Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Strong track record in setting clear goals, managing performance, and driving team accountability to achieve operational outcomes.
