Purpose of the Role A newly created role in our dynamic Loyalty and Retention team is ready and waiting for you!! This is a key operational leadership function with a strong focus on customer retention, new business and brand loyalty. A strong commitment to delivering best possible customer experience while coaching and up skilling team members is required by the successful applicant. As the newly appointed Loyalty and Retention Manager you will work closely with NFSA (Nissan Financial Services Australia ) Customer Service leadership team and National Manager Customer Experience to drive retention, loyalty and growth opportunities with existing and future customers. A strong working relationship will be formed with the Manager, Customer Centre to build a culture to look to maximise all opportunities to retain exiting customers Key Features: * Utilise your strong people development abilities to coach and empower your team to enable the best possible customer experience * Ability to experiment with new ideas and better ways to achieve results, while objectively assess those which are shown to be successful and discard those which do not * Transparency in review of customer results * A culture of continuous learning and development to bring out the best in each team member * Working within a supportive and vibrant team environment * Hybrid working arrangement available * Company Vehicle included in package Primary Accountabilities: Some of the exciting items you will be responsible for include the following: * Leadership of Loyalty & Retention team to drive increased NAF (Net Amount Financed), brand loyalty and customer experience. * Lead a culture of exceptional sales through customer service, team work, commitment to excellence and professional ethics in order to achieve both team and business goals. * Identify and implement processes, tools and activities that improve inbound and outbound performance. * Implement business initiatives effectively * Contribute to and drive a culture of high performance and high engagement across the business * Development, implementation and management of the outbound campaigns to drive NAF increase and Loyalty. * Build strong working relationships with Dealer Account Managers, Dealer network and credit teams as well our Alliance partners, supporting the success of campaigns * Ensure services provided to customers are within regulatory and compliance guidelines and business policies associated with financial services * Create and provide training to up skill and drive performance of Loyalty and Retention team members What you should bring: An aptitude for continuous improvement and self-development, and of course, a can do attitude, we are looking for the following: * Previous experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in vehicle finance * Demonstrate strong skills in analysing opportunities and results to drive increased NAF and penetration across all channels of Loyalty * Experience in delivering continuous improvement strategies that increase customer and staff satisfaction, minimise customer effort but deliver improved results. * Experience with finance application process * Demonstrated action oriented ''can do'' attitude, a tenacious desire to get things done * Proven outcome focused * Experience in the Auto Finance industry is well regarded WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NOW: If you are a motivated, customer centric sales leader AND looking for a new challenge that will make a big impact, please submit your resume with a covering letter by clicking on "Apply Now."
