This is a 13 Months FTC, reporting to the Corporate Accounting Manager. The role will expose you to the inner workings of the wider finance team both locally and internationally and will be your opportunity to make real change. You wont just be writing reports that will be half implemented you will be empowered to drive these changes home.The finance team at WiseTech aims to strike the appropriate balance to deliver effective financial control whilst allowing the business to be agile and grow. We see this role as a key step in that journey.You are a highly organized and methodical thinker, comfortable prioritising and managing multiple deliverables. You are also proficient in identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals on a global scale.Key AccountabilitiesCollaborating closely with the payroll team to oversee group payroll accounting;Managing the manpower recharge process;Conducting monthly reconciliations for payroll balance sheets;Handling payroll-related queries during both group and local audits;Coordinating the determination of exact costs for capitalized development costs within the group;Addressing payroll accounting queries as they arise;Performing calculations for internal and external commissions.Your ExperienceStrong technical accounting skills with an appropriate accounting qualification (Chartered Accountant, CPA or similar) and 3+ years of post-qualification experience;Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner;Prior payroll accounting experience.About UsWiseTech Global is changing the world of logistics through technology.
