Oh, and who doesnt love a 3pm knock-off every Friday!About The RoleAs the Water Resources Engineer, youll support clients and their projects, ranging from land developers to government agencies. With a comprehensive range of engineering services to manage, flooding risk and stormwater through investigations, modeling, design, mapping and reporting.Youll assess, model and report on stormwater and floodplain systems across urban, rural and coastal environments. Alongside this, helping design detention basins, wetlands and reuse systems. Not just on paper, but in a way thats buildable and maintainable.You''ll focus on creating innovative solutions in hydrological, hydraulic and water quality modeling, using your proficiency in tools like MUSIC, DRAINS, TUFLOW and QGIS.About YouYou know your TUFLOW, MUSIC and DRAINS softwares. You actually understand what theyre doing.You might air more towards stormwater management experience. Or Floodplain. Bonus points if you have experience across both. Either way, youll be coming in with around 2 or 3 years of experience. Youll come with your Civil or Environmental Engineering degree too.Youre comfortable moving between hydraulic modelling, stormwater assessments and water balance planning. Youll bring knowledge and experience with the preparation and maintenance of project plans to achieve TCQ objectives.Client liaison, communication and collaboration is a strong suite of yours.
