Job responsibilities: Oversee daily venue operations for smooth and efficient service Recruit, train, and manage staff, including rostering and performance evaluations Maintain high customer service standards and professionally handle feedback or complaints Manage inventory, order supplies, and liaise with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing Monitor budgets, control costs, and promote revenue growth through events and promotions Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure quality food and beverage service Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer experience Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance for senior management Qualifications and attributes: Diploma of Hospitality Management or higher, or 3 years of relevant experience At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience Proven leadership and team management skills Strong understanding of food and beverage operations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Proficiency with POS and reservation systems Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards Salary Range: $70,000 $80,000 per annum, excluding superannuation.
