We are building a new national commercial team for two innovative therapies in Australia, and we are seeking a Key Account Manager to join us.As a KAM, reporting to the Rare Disease Lead, your responsibilities will include:Identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders involved in treating rare diseasesDeveloping and executing strategic business plansLaunching and developing new productsApplying clinical evidence to support your brandCollaborating with your national team and cross-functional stakeholdersThe ideal candidate will have:Strong commercial acumen and experience with multichannel engagementA curious, proactive learner and a natural leaderStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage ambiguity and execute strategic projectsExcellent communication skills and cross-functional navigationResourcefulness in a small-business environmentProven hospital key account management experiencePassion, collaboration, and team spiritExperience in Rare Diseases is highly regarded.
