Lake Formosa Drive, Orlando, FL 32803 Position Status: Full-Time, salaried, exempt Compensation: $75,000-80,000, commensurate with experience Benefits: All standard benefits in accordance with employee handbook policies Role Overview The Major Gifts Officer will collaborate with the Executive Director, Board members, and team to increase contributed revenue supporting various projects. The role involves developing strategies to identify prospects, move donors through the giving pipeline, and ensure stewardship to foster long-term relationships. Orlando Ballet seeks a driven, organized individual with proven success in major gift fundraising, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to its mission to entertain, educate, and enrich through dance.
