As part of the Link Group Retirement and Super Solutions division, Link Advice prides itself on the quality of its advice, support, and mature business model. In partnership with some of Australias largest Superannuation Funds, and with a focus on providing quality intra-fund advice, you will have the opportunity to help educate and advise Australians on how to make the most of their superannuation savings. Opportunity to mentor Junior Advisers Someone on a career path looking to build up their experience Flexible work hours with a focus on work/life balance Competitive remuneration including reimbursement for ongoing study and access to corporate gym membership All Advice appointments are vetted and booked by our Contact Centres Access to support structures - Paraplanning team, Technical Officer, Administration team, and Compliance team Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities To help more Australians understand their superannuation by providing simple financial advice, including: Understanding client needs Breaking down complex concepts into understandable information Gathering client circumstances, goals, and objectives in an online fact find Providing intra-fund and retirement advice Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing referral sources Experience & Personal Attributes A passion for financial advice and helping people Minimum 13 years experience in an advice role Meets the minimum education requirements under FASEA Customer-focused with a commitment to best practices Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities Well-organized, clear thinking, with attention to detail Strong technical knowledge across key financial advice disciplines Ability to work in a structured environment and adapt to change Near completion or enrolled to meet FASEA educational requirements, including holding a relevant degree in Financial Planning, Accounting, or Economics Passed the FASEA Standards Authority Ethics Examination RG146 compliance with evidence of completed CPD Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register Link Advice is a Professional Partner of the FPA You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply Job Details Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Full-time Job function: Finance Industries: Investment Advice #J-18808-Ljbffr
