The team delivers initiatives, advice and services that support Senior Executives, managers and employees during their careers with ASIC.The Talent Acquisition team delivers a diverse Talent function, including end-to-end recruitment, high-volume campaigns, emerging talent programs and proactive search and sourcing.The roleAs a Volume Recruitment Specialist, You WillOversee and coordinate high-volume recruitment campaigns across various business groups and levels of seniorityProvide expert guidance on high-volume hiring strategies and best practices.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialised roles, from sourcing to placement.Analyse workforce and recruitment data to identify opportunities for improvement and collaboration across business groupsDevelop innovative talent attraction strategies through advertising, networking, referrals, and market mapping.Manage job offers, negotiate salary packages, and provide guidance on compensation and benefits.Provide exceptional candidate care and experience during recruitment processes and pre-onboardingManage a merit pool of assessed and ready to place candidates.About YouThe successful candidate will have extensive experience leading high-volume recruitment campaigns, ideally within a government, professional services or similar environment. You will be a confident stakeholder and candidate manager, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and influencing. We are looking for someone to bring fresh ideas and drive efficient recruitment practices across the broader ASIC business.You Will Also DemonstrateStrong program management and organizational capabilities.A strong understanding of talent acquisition trends, market insights, and emerging technologies best practices.A track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation in TA initiatives.Proficiency in application tracking systems, CRM platforms and HRIS toolsExperience in another Human Resources discipline will be highly regarded. A Bachelor''s degree in HR or a related discipline is also preferred.This role has the flexibility to be based in any of our capital city CBD offices.
