Read on below to find out more about this career opportunity and share it around so that we can make DDHS even more deadly!Key InformationPosition Type: Fixed Term until 30 June 2027Location: DarwinSalary Range: $113,390 to $121,517 per annum (Admin 7.1 to 7.4)About the RoleThe Clinical, Quality and Compliance Manager is responsible for quality and compliance across all of Danila Dilba including Corporate, Clinical and Program deliver environments. The role promotes understanding of continuous quality improvement and compliance requirements across the organisation and supports health care clinics and programs to maintain the highest possible standards of client care.The role operates across all Danila Dilba activities necessitating collaborative and productive working relationships with colleagues across all clinical and non-clinical areas.What You Need to SucceedClinical qualification in a health or allied health field including registration with relevant board.Experience leading a quality function in a primary or allied health environment or similar.Experience developing program documentation including policies and procedures.Excellent communication skills including the ability to use culturally sensitive ways to communicate effectively.Experience providing written and verbal reports and advice to an Executive team.Proven teamwork, influencing, and interpersonal skills with the ability to constructively negotiate outcomes with a diverse range of people and service providers.Experience in driving continuous quality improvement initiatives that result in tangible change and / or efficiency improvements.Demonstrated computer skills, especially in the use of client information systems or similar.Want to talk this job through some more?
