We work with corporates, financiers, and other stakeholders with a highly commercial mindset to deliver results.What a typical day will look likeAs a Restructuring & Insolvency Graduate, you will focus on our clients strategic, operational, financial, and capital needs by addressing a range of economic and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies, and other stakeholders.Your responsibilities will include:Working on the trade-on and sale of distressed entitiesHelping prepare for and attending creditors'' meetingsAssisting with investigations into company failures and compiling reports to ASIC and creditorsLiaising with stakeholders including regulatory bodies, suppliers, customers, and lendersConducting financial modelling for reports such as financial due diligence and business reviewsOptimising working capital to release additional cashSupporting business transformation strategies, including process and reporting improvementsWhat you will gain from the Graduate ProgramAssigned buddy and coach for a smooth transition into working lifeOn-the-job training and coachingSupport for obtaining an accounting qualification such as a CAOpportunities to work onsite with clients and stakeholdersParticipation in business development and marketing activitiesPart of our Graduate Development Program a tailored learning curriculumWhat will help you succeed as our GraduateDegree in Accounting or Finance, with an interest in obtaining a CA qualificationSoft skills such as empathy and respect to understand client needs and collaborate effectivelyStrong analytical and quantitative skillsGood lateral thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsRelevant work or internship experienceWillingness to travel to client and FTI officesUnrestricted working rights in AustraliaHow to ApplyPlease include your updated resume and most recent transcript when applying.
