This is a dynamic role, you will be responsible not only for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent, but also for pro-actively contributing to business development efforts, managing non-technical hiring, and supporting recruitment-related RFP (Request for Proposal) reviews. Your length and breadth of recruitment experience and proactive approach will be instrumental in building a qualified talent pipeline and supporting strategic growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Technical and Contract Hiring:Collaborate by reaching out to hiring managers to understand technical and contract hiring needs, defining candidate profiles accordingly.Articulate and post job descriptions tailored to technical and contract roles.Source potential candidates using LinkedIn and other niche platforms, with a focus on both full-time and contract positions. Reach out to candidates whom we have evaluated in last six months to understand their skill upgrades and new experiences.Build a creative list of questionnaires to Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates with specialized skills and qualifications.Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
