We have a great opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Head Office based in Lidcombe (Sydney) on a Permanent basis. This is a Junior role suited to a candidate with some business experience or a recent graduate from a Business or Finance degree who now wants to step into the business world in a highly visible role supporting the Sales Team.Your role will be to assist in the insightful analysis of pricing issues as well as:Conducting customer and product profitability analysisSupporting and enhancing Sales Tools and AppsProviding training to New Sales Employees on the Company Sales toolSupporting the Commissions processImplementing new pricing modelsPreparing monthly Sales KPI reportsSupporting the day-to-day Sales Operations through Ad Hoc activitiesTo succeed in the role, you will have skills and experience including:A degree majoring in either Business or FinanceStrong Microsoft skills, in particular Excel/Google sheets (lookups/pivots; knowledge of macros/google apps script will be a strong plus)Strong attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills and ability to interact at multiple levels of the organisationGood time management and ability to work under pressureBe articulate and persuasive with the ability to influence others through sound business judgmentAbout Rentokil Initial:At Rentokil Initial, we are proud to be the global expert in pest, hygiene and indoor plant care.
