We are part of the ForHealth Group. The RoleWe are seeking a Full-Time Practice Nurse for our Rockingham practice. You will work collaboratively with a team of experienced Nurses and GPs, delivering high-quality comprehensive care to patients. The Tasks Perform health assessments Administer vaccines Monitor post-vaccination observations Triaging patients and emergency prioritization Assist GPs with minor procedures Manage and maintain patient clinical data Perform wound dressings and suture removal Provide health education and coaching The Successful Candidate AHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse Experience in General Practice or acute settings Knowledge of Health Assessment (highly regarded) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Passion for patient care and personable approach Join a values-driven company that invests in its staff through training, development, and internal promotion.
