This is a full-time role, perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in the overnight hours and has a passion for creating seamless guest experiences.Job DescriptionOversee nightly operations across all departments to ensure smooth functionalityManage guest relations and respond effectively to any complaints or issuesConduct night audits and ensure accurate financial reportingPerform regular safety and security checks throughout the propertySupport the front office with check-ins, check-outs, and guest requestsLead, motivate, and supervise the night team, including front office and securityCoordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfactionRespond swiftly to emergency situations such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security concernsEnsure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulationsQualificationsProven experience in a similar hotel night management or supervisory roleStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skillsProficient in hotel systems (e.g. Opera) and basic accounting for night auditsAbility to remain calm, professional, and approachable under pressureFlexible availability to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidaysValid First Aid and RSA certifications are a plusAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
