Procurement Contracts Lead Central Office - GlensideJoin to apply for the Procurement Contracts Lead Central Office - Glenside role at Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc.Job DetailsLocation: Glenside, city-fringe with onsite parkingPosition: Permanent Full Time - 76 hours per fortnightAbout The RoleThe Procurement Contracts Lead is responsible for managing the development and implementation of contracts across various categories, focusing on contract reviews, tender documentation, and negotiations.Key Responsibilities:Developing and implementing contracts across categoriesOverseeing end-to-end tender processes, ensuring compliance with approval and timeline requirementsLeading sourcing activities to establish effective supply arrangementsProviding strategies for contractual issues and variations, consulting on legal, compliance, and insurance mattersReviewing contracts to ensure obligations are met and resolving contractual issuesContributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems, tools, and templates to streamline operations and reduce costsAbout YouWe seek individuals who will make a positive difference in residents'' and clients'' lives. The ideal candidate will have:Accredited qualification in Contract Management, Business, or LawExperience developing detailed Contract Management plansExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on supplier relationship improvementExperience with contract management software and toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh computer literacyAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of procurement practices, including contract and supplier relationship management (SRM)Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain environment (desirable)About UsSouthern Cross Care is a leading charitable aged care and retirement living provider in Australia.
