In this dynamic 12-month role, you will enable profitable growth, customer retention, and satisfaction by equipping teams with the knowledge, tools, and processes they need to thrive. Collaborating across every stage of the Enablement process, you will lead efforts in needs analysis, content development, training delivery, CRM implementation, continuous optimisation, and outcome measurement.What will keep you busy...Design and deliver high-impact enablement programs, including playbooks, toolkits, training, and customer-facing resources, to enhance team effectiveness and achieve business goalsLead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps and provide tailored solutions for growthOptimise onboarding, certification processes, and CRM implementation to boost team productivity and streamline workflowsBuild and execute career pathways, soft skills development, and leadership coaching programs to support career progression and succession planningDevelop and deliver high-quality enablement content aligned with product marketing and keep frontline teams informed about new products, features, and processesContinuously refine enablement tools and processes through feedback and performance data to ensure alignment with team needsWhat we''d love to see from you...Proven experience in developing capability programs and understanding of competency-based training frameworks.Developing training plans and coordinating the training delivery and product release schedulesExtensive experience with User-Centred Design and HubSpot, with a must-have focus on CRM implementationProven expertise in delivering business and technology-focused enablement that drives measurable team resultsExperience influencing stakeholders using customer insights and feedbackStrong facilitation skills and expertise in end-to-end project managementOur Culture & BenefitsOur values have stood the test of time.If you want to work and collaborate where opinions are valued, and your ideas can make a difference, come to a place where Your Work Matters.
