You will be an integral part of the team. In addition to Land and Environment Court litigation matters, you will also be involved in development projects and will learn to sharpen your front end planning law skills in relation to the rezoning of land, the negotiation of VPAs, and the resolution of complex and, often, novel environmental and planning issues.About YouThis is an opportunity for a 6 to 9 year PQE lawyer to join a prominent Planning, Environment and Government practice. Initially, the role will be working directly with one of our Partners supporting her while a senior lawyer is on maternity leave.
