Site Manager required for a leading Commercial & Industrial Builder with over 40 years of experience delivering projects across NSW.This is a great opportunity for you to join a leading Tier 3 builder that has a long track record delivering successful projects across NSW, offering a supportive and collaborative team environment, specializing in Commercial and Industrial builds up to $30M.Roles & responsibilities:Effective onsite planning & management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff and equipmentDelivery of projects safely, efficiently and effectively through meeting the project success criterias of stakeholder relationships, time, cost, quality, safety and process complianceLead, manage and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and ensure behaviors are aligned with company valuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and externalDesired experience:3+ years of experience working as a Site Manager for a head contractorHave experience delivering new build construction projects valued $10M+, ideally with commercial or industrial project experienceProven experience of effectively managing a site team in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements, has proven experience of effectively controlling site safetyFor any questions relating to this role or any other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Adam Shaw on 02 9376 8200 or click apply.
