This role involves setting strategic vision for sector growth, overseeing business development activities, and collaborating with regional teams to expand our transportation market presence.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic plans to achieve annual and long-term growth goals.Identify market opportunities and propose strategic investments and hires.Coordinate with regional and company-wide counterparts.Manage business development activities to maximize client satisfaction, growth, and profitability.Lead marketing efforts, staff training, and client relationship management.Monitor market trends and participate in strategic planning and pursuit activities.Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree in engineering or related field.10+ years in business development within transportation or related sectors.Professional Engineering registration (PE).Strong network in Pennsylvania transportation markets.Excellent marketing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Required QualificationsMinimum 10 years relevant industry experience.Proven ability to work independently and motivate teams.Deep understanding of procurement processes in A/E/C industries.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Our Values and BenefitsWe value inclusivity, trust, and collaboration.
