From operations and maintenance to asset management and fuel supply services, our team''s expertise ensures we deliver effectively and sustainably.As a result of expanding scope of works within UGLs portfolio, we are seeking a Fuel Operator to join our Operations & Maintenance team at the RAAF Base Williamtown, in the NSW Hunter Region.This would be an exciting and unique opportunity to work in the Australia Defence environment to support the national security requirements of the Nation. Benefit from the opportunity to work with a Tier 1 services provider in a long-term, operations and maintenance contract.The RolesLead by an Operations Supervisor, the following role will be based in the NSW Hunter region, supporting a number of fuel installation sites in the area.DFI OperatorReporting to the Operating Agent, the DFI Operator is responsible for the safe and compliant, operation and management of the aviation and/or ground fuel installationsManage quality, compliance, quantity and availability of fuel and related systems and processesEnsure the technical integrity of the fuel, including management of quality control sampling and testingExperience in similar environment would be highly regarded; fuel or other high-risk/hazardous processing environmentsWhat you will NeedAlong with experience relevant to each role above, you will be a strong team player, a self-starter and dedicated employee. We expect that the successful applicant will have the following: Defence specific training will be advantageous, however, this training will be provided to the successful applicant where required Valid Drivers Licence (HR or HC will be highly regarded) Safety is at the forefront of everything you do!
