About the Role We are seeking experienced Excavator, Loader and Water Cart Operators & Drainers to join our team on a FIFO 2:1 roster based in the Pilbara region. This is a hands-on role operating across a range of civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities - Operators Safe and efficient plant operation Routine daily maintenance and pre-starts on machinery Adhering to project timelines and safety procedures Working as part of a tight-knit crew with a strong safety culture Key Responsibilities - Drainers Install Culverts Setting up lasers and lines for excavator operators, checking levels in trenches, slinging and guiding pipes into their final position and assisting with backfill Adhering to project timelines and safety procedures Working as part of a tight-knit crew with a strong safety culture What Youll Need to Succeed Nationally Accredited Tickets Proven experience operating relevant machinery in a civil or mining environment Valid drivers licence (HR preferable) Construction White Card Strong understanding of safety procedures and hazard identification C2 or C6 ticket highly regarded Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join D&S Civil?
