Our centres are safe and supportive environments creating an ideal environment for growth, where participants feel believed in, valued, listened to, and respected.About the roleWe are seeking a values-driven Youth Case Manager, The role delivers case management, early intervention, group programs, crisis support, and community engagement activities for young people aged 1225, in line with the National Youth Services Model of Care.Reporting to the Team Leader Youth, this is a Permanent full-time role, located in Oasis Youth Services - Central CoastYou will successfully Engage young people aged 1225 in strengths-based case management, including assessments, collaborative goal setting, case planning, and ongoing review.Provide personalised support to assist young people in accessing education, employment, housing, and health services, promoting independence and wellbeing.Offer crisis intervention and mentoring to help young people make positive life choices, manage risks, and develop critical life skills.Maintain accurate and timely client documentation using the SAMiS system, ensuring compliance with legislative and reporting requirements.Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to deliver integrated, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive support.You will haveMinimum Tertiary Qualifications in Social Work or similar discipline, preferably Bachelors Degree or Higher (other relevant qualifications within Community Services, Social Work or similar discipline will be considered).A National Criminal History Check is requiredNSW Working with Children CheckPrevious experience in case work or similar role, providing case management to vulnerable young people from diverse backgrounds.What we offerThe Salvos offer eligible employee''s a well-balanced package of meaningful benefits including:Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free + $2,650 meal entertainment benefit;Generous Paid Parental leave for primary (12 weeks) & secondary carers, Purchased Leave Scheme (up to 8 weeks) and Workplace Support Leave (5 days) for ''volunteering in Salvos initiatives;Flexible working arrangements, access to Fitness Passport and consumer discounts;Access to EAP and health & wellness initiativesOngoing training and development opportunities that enhance on the job skills and proficiency;Rewarding and fulfilling purpose driven careers that have positive and sustainable / social impacts.ConditionsCompensation is in accordance with SCHADS Award lvl 4The Salvation Army is an Equal Opportunity Employer who provides an inclusive work environment and embraces the diverse talent of its people.
