There are 20 diverse river catchments, fertile and productive agricultural land, and rich and extensive Aboriginal cultural landscapes.As one of three natural resource management (NRM) organisations in Tasmania (and 54 in Australia), the role of Cradle Coast NRM is to protect, sustainably manage and improve natural resources by actively working with communities to ensure a healthy future for the region. Our work is guided by our2030 NRM Strategy for Cradle Coast Tasmaniaand incorporates Biodiversity-themed action to protect and maintain the regions high-value habitat for threatened species, important biodiversity areas and ecological communities.We are currently recruiting for aNRM Field Officerto implement on-ground projects, engage with stakeholders and support sustainable land, water and biodiversity projects in our region.
