Ensure resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager. Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or Care Complete all activities relating to Residents Care documentation Plans Timely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care Manager Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee.The successful candidate must demonstrate the following: Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care desirable Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work!
