Ventia is currently seeking Grounds Persons to join our team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of Grounds Maintenance services at Delamere Air Weapons Range, NT. This role involves working as part of a small team to maintain the grounds at Delamere Air Weapons Range from Friday to Monday. The Range is approximately 140 km south/southwest of RAAF Tindal in Katherine, NT. A vehicle is provided, and we offer full training for candidates with the right attitude. Responsibilities Conduct safety checks before starting work. Service equipment prior to use. Operate and maintain equipment according to the Operators Manual and maintenance schedules. Maintain gardens and lawns as directed. Assist with general labouring tasks on grounds, building, and plumbing sites as directed. Regularly clean vehicles, equipment, machinery, and tools used during service delivery. Skills and Experience Experience working outdoors in hot environments. Ability to work well within a team. Valid Australian Drivers Licence. Australian Citizenship is required to obtain a Defence pass.
