We are seeking Community Support Workers with significant experience, living in the NEDLANDS and surrounding areas and willing to provide personal care services throughout the Perth metropolitan area in our newly created pool/float positions.These pool/float positions are different from mainstream Community Support Worker roles, such as:Set days and hours - Monday to Friday, 7am to 1pm (or 8am to 2pm) (includes hour unpaid lunch break)Cover sick calls allocated as early as 6.30am for a 7am start (or 7am for an 8am start) on the day of serviceCover leave periodsIf no services are allocated, you may be required to assist with Scheduling or Admin duties at Inglewood for Brightwater at HomeWillingness to travel to the first client, with efforts to limit travel to 30-45 minutes, but occasional longer travel may be required during sick or leave coverEssential availability: Permanent Part-Time (Contracted 55 hours per fortnight): Monday to Friday - 7am to 1pm (or 8am to 2pm)Travel: Must be willing to travel throughout the Perth metropolitan area using your own vehicleEssential: Flexibility to adapt to a changing roster and travel requirements dailyBrightwater offers:Travel allowance of $0.96 per km within the communityWork mobile phoneSalary packaging options up to $18,550 tax-free annually, reducing tax and increasing take-home payAccess to BrightwaterPlus discounts with over 370 retailersExtensive training and development opportunitiesAbout the role:You will visit elderly clients in their homes, supporting them to live independently by assisting with daily tasks, social access, and companionship.
