Your success is our success!Why we (and our clients) will love you being part of our Team!Dedicate yourself to fulfilling Nurse Next Door''s Purpose and Core Values daily.Our purpose is Making Lives Better, guided by core values: WOW Customer Experience, Find a Better Way, Passionate About Making a Difference.Qualifications in caregiving, such as Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged) or Health Services (AIN).Reliable vehicle and current drivers license, willing to travel to client homes.Good communication skills, courteous, and responsive.Flexible and available for a variety of shifts.Experience in caregiving/support work/AIN, especially with clients with complex needs.Self-led, responsible, and coachable to the ''Nurse Next Door'' way.Ability to speak and write in English; additional languages are a plus.Current documentation required: National Police Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screener, First Aid and CPR Certificates.Essential Criteria:Passionate about Making a Difference!Job Responsibilities:Provision of skilled, quality in-home caregiving including Personal Care, Manual Handling, Companionship, Medication Administration, and assisting clients to access the community.Complete mandatory internal e-learning and competency programs within set timeframes.Detect and report concerns confidently to your clinical manager.Find innovative ways to improve clients'' lives.How do your skills match this job?Update your profile and answer questions about your right to work, experience, qualifications, and certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
