Join a supportive and friendly team working together to make a real difference not only for the people we care for, but also each other We have opportunities for Home Care Support Workers to join our Community Services Team and assist our Aged Care Clients in the Chinchilla, Tara, Miles, Jandowae, and Meandarra communities. Working closely with our Home Care Manager and Care Partners, our Support Workers provide our clients with domestic assistance and/or personal support services, enabling them to be more independent at home and in the community. What you will bring to the role? Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or equivalent (desirable) Exceptional people and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively, as you will provide services to multiple clients daily A current Australian Drivers Licence Own reliable car with full comprehensive insurance and current registration (documents showing currency required) Who is Southern Cross Care Queensland?
