The Lived Experience Coach will work across Skylight metropolitan locations. Days and hours to be agreed.This role supports the implementation and development of lived experience practice, supporting Skylight management to promote continuous improvement and strengthen/guide workforce practices.About SkylightSkylight Programs deliver a range of recovery-oriented community mental health services by working alongside people experiencing mental illness, family and friends who care for them, and the broader general South Australian community.Skylight services are developed with input from participants to ensure responsive, effective services that build on strengths, increase resilience and improve mental health.About YouThe successful applicant will bring demonstrated experience in program development, networking, and working collaboratively with a team to implement innovative approaches.
