Do you want to play a key role in guiding a team through a large-scale transformation as they move into a new era of cloud-native development?This is a hands-on leadership role with a growing organisation thats investing heavily in its technology and people. You''ll step in at a pivotal point - leading a team of motivated developers through the shift from legacy systems to a scalable, cloud-first stack. The business is focused on long-term outcomes and values clear communication, trust, and delivery.AWS is at the heart of the transformation, so strong hands-on experience across AWS services such as RDS, EventBridge, IAM/security, and containerisation is essential. AWS certification will be highly regarded.Youll report to the Senior Leadership Team and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive architectural direction, embed DevOps practices, and ensure the team is set up for sustainable success.Please note: This is a Melbourne-based role with an in-office culture. There is flexibility around work-from-home arrangements and start/finish times.
