This Full-time role requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays. Create a safe, happy and welcoming environment where customers and team members feel like theyve just stepped into a Smiggle wonderland. Create rosters that keep the store running smoothly and ensure the team is always supported during those peak trading times! What Youll Bring Experience in leading and coaching a team with a positive, can-do attitude. Previous retail leadership experience. Passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience. Proven track record of achieving sales and KPIs while managing stock and wage budgets. Visual merchandising experience is a big plus!
