The site currently manufactures approximately 110 million litres of finished goods every year including The Juice Brothers, Daily Juice, Mildura and Zooper Dooper.Bega Group is seeking a Safety Advisor to join our flagship site in Smithfield, with additional support to Wetherill Park. In this role, you''ll help shape a strong safety culture by providing expert guidance, coaching, and support across all levels of the business. You''ll play a key role in driving safe practices, ensuring compliance, and fostering continuous improvement-both strategically and on the ground.ResponsibilitiesPartner with team members and leaders to foster a proactive, inclusive safety cultureGuide and coach others to identify and manage safety risks with confidence and careAnalyse safety data to uncover insights and opportunities for improvementSupport the development and maintenance of risk assessments and critical control registersContribute to safety reporting and help drive continuous improvement initiativesAbout youA Diploma or Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent experience)A practical understanding of Australian WHS legislation and systemsStrong communication skills and the ability to build trust across diverse teamsA collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for mentoring and supporting othersExcellent time management and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentBega Group StoryBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
