We believe every fitness journey should be rewarding and inclusive.Skills and Experience Required- Leadership with vision and purpose- Willingness to learn operational budgeting- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills- Servant leadership mentalityKey Responsibilities- Promote our mission and values- Ensure proper staffing aligned with our vision- Lead and manage club operations and strategic goals- Analyze business reports for continuous improvement- Manage P&L, revenue, and expenses- Conduct team training and performance reviews- Oversee local marketing and maintain brand standards- Ensure accurate payroll and labor managementQualifications- 3-5 years of leadership/management experience or related field- Fitness or gym experience preferred- First Aid & CPR certification required or within first three weeks- Working with Children (WWC) or Blue Card certification required or in processCore Values- Faith & Grit- Guardian Of The Gate- 1% Better Every Day #J-18808-Ljbffr
