ICMS Administration & Support Worker (Wodonga)Administration & Support Worker - Intensive Case Management ServicesIntensive Case Management Services: Intensive case management services (ICMS) are designed to meet the needs of high-risk youth, including child protection clients with complex behavioural and emotional difficulties requiring long-term support.ICMS provides intensive support to young people with high needs, especially when less assertive case management has been ineffective. This approach involves frequent contact, strong relationships, and active participation in decision-making by the young person, family members, and significant others.
