This role covers a large geographic area and can be based in any major regional town in Northern Victoria. It offers the opportunity to make a real impact by building strong relationships with painters and store owners, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a solid understanding of the paint industry and are excited about working autonomously, this is the opportunity for you.In this role, youll be responsible for managing store networks, selling into trade, and identifying opportunities to increase market share. The successful candidate will be someone who brings initiative, is proactive in developing accounts, and has a hands-on approach to customer management.
