Our diverse capabilities come together to achieve the best health and employment outcomes for you and those you support.The Health and Business Solutions Division of MedHealth comprises five businesses, and we are seeking an experienced individual to help procure, contract, and manage all third-party suppliers within the division.We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in a full-time role.Process invoices and related transactions, including credit cards, in accordance with company and contractual requirements.Follow payment business rules to ensure invoices are validated and paid correctly.Assist with User Acceptance Testing of the new OCR system.Maintain focus to achieve high-volume invoice processing.Prepare various financial reports as required, such as GST, transactions, and data extraction.Provide support and troubleshooting for the accounts system when needed.Help manage the payables queue and respond to provider queries.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.A full position description is available upon request from HR at HRHealthBusinessSolutions@medhealth.com.au.QualificationsWhat youll need:Diploma in business and accounting (desirable).Knowledge of journals, debits, and credits.Advanced Excel skills.Experience or exposure to complex finance activities.Proficiency with Office 365 Excel, Word, and Outlook.Sage Intacct, Bridge, ESS, JobReady Live desirable.ESS Finance Portal desirable.Westpac / NAB online banking desirable.IntelliLink desirable.Effective, customer-focused written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Additional InformationJoin MedHealth, voted Financial Review Boss Best Places to Work.
