You will have outstanding communication skills, time management and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders.Key responsibilities and requirementsExperienced in providing specialist assessment and intervention with disability clients who can have multiple and complex support needs Engaging in collaborative goal setting with clients and their support networks to maximise independence.Provide therapy supports in the clients chosen environmentProvide support and direction to Allied Health and support staffAssessment for assistive technology and home modificationsAbility to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholdersIf you have the skills and experience required APPLY NOW.
