The roleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant / CPAP Consultant to join our team at CPAP Assist in Wodonga, Victoria. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on CPAP products and equipment to help improve the health and wellbeing of our clients.Key responsibilitiesDelivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clientsDemonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of CPAP machines, masks, and accessoriesAssisting clients with the selection, fitting, and set-up of CPAP equipmentProviding education and support to ensure clients use their CPAP equipment effectivelyProcessing sales transactions and maintaining accurate inventory recordsStaying up-to-date with the latest CPAP products and technologiesContributing to the overall success and growth of the retail storeWhat we''re looking forProven experience in a customer-facing retail or healthcare roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clientsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsBasic technical knowledge or understanding of CPAP equipment (desirable, but not essential)Passion for health and wellbeing and a desire to make a positive difference in people''s livesSet working days and time.
