The Whitsunday Coast Airport Customer Service Officer is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all travellers in a dynamic airport environment.Key Responsibilities:Be Whitsunday Coast Airports first point of contact for Customer Service enquiries and support.Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.Provide excellent customer service with tact, discretion, and integrity in dealing with customer needs promptly and efficiently.Refer matters that may impact upon the business, Council and employees to the relevant Supervisor or Manager.Carry out a variety of tasks associated with the delivery of administration activities.Your skills and experience:EssentialC Class Manual Drivers LicenceAviation Security Identification Card or ability to obtainPrevious customer service and administrative experience (preferably in an airport or airline setting, but not essential).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.DesirableAbility to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Join the teamTo view the position description please click on the job attachments tab above.
