All positions have on job training andpotential for upskilling. The positions available are on Banana and Papaya farms and the duties will include but are not limited to the following: Identify crop health issues; adjust and fix as required and report any major issues to the Farm Manager. Monitor crop for insect and disease presence, and soil moisture levels and report findings to the Farm Manager. Assist in monitoring and managing the performance of field team in collaboration with the Farm Manager. Provide training and instruction to field team. Participate in training and workshops Ensure personal protective equipment is always worn and maintained correctly by yourself and the team. Comply with and actively support relevant Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental instructions and legislation.
