In this key support role, youll help drive operational efficiency, build lasting relationships with our trade customers, and contribute to the growth and performance of the branch.Your responsibilities:Manage existing accounts and develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and trade contractors to become their trusted first point of contact and drive service excellence.Assist with counter sales, order processing, packing, and dispatch to ensure smooth daily operations.Support team training, safety practices, and development initiatives to foster a high-performing branch environment.Maintain branch systems and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.Accurately process financial transactions, including cash handling, to support branch integrity.Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and profitability by supporting local growth initiatives.What youll need to succeed:Ideally, you will have strong product knowledge in the plumbing wholesale industry.
