Its a role where you can take pride in keeping everything on track behind the scenes and be appreciated for it.The RoleProvide day-to-day administrative support for the delivery of internal and external training.Coordinate the annual training calendar and schedule sessionsManage the shared training inbox and respond to training-related queriesLiaise with training providers and facilitators to organise coursesRaise purchase orders and manage basic financial administrationMaintain and update the enterprise-wide skills matrixSupport broader team tasks under guidance from the ManagerBuild effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersThe Ideal PersonYoure a reliable and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys supporting others and keeping things running efficiently. You may have previous experience in a training, HR, compliance or workforce support role.You bring excellent time management, clear communication, and a can-do attitude. Youre confident using Microsoft Office, know your way around SharePoint, and ideally have experience with learning management systems.
