Chic rooms and suites embrace iconic attractions, while our award-winning restaurant and street-front bar are destinations themselves.About the role:Reporting to the Director of Outlets, this role balances the day-to-day leadership of the operation and service periods, while developing and engaging the team, problem-solving, and delivering results from a people, product, and profit perspective.The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in high-quality restaurants, a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences, and a hunger for results, cultivating a fun, performance-driven team culture that evolves.What you will do:Maintain a strong operational presence across all meal service periods to ensure standards and guest experience remain optimal.Provide leadership, development, support, coaching, and constructive feedback to the team.Cultivate a culture that encourages connection and growth, allowing team members to be themselves while aligning with restaurant goals.Drive performance by setting metrics, benchmarking, and leading industry trend adoption.Be involved in talent acquisition, including selection and retention, to ensure top talent is sought, confirmed, and retained.Develop internal relationships across the hotel to build key partnerships contributing to the restaurant''s success.Manage labour and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, menu engineering, purchasing, and stock control to drive profitability.What you will bring:At least 3 years'' experience in restaurant leadership within a 5-star hotel or high-volume restaurant focusing on quality.An authentic, engaging, and strategic leadership style aligned with business priorities.A positive attitude showing resilience and maturity, with strong communication skills.A deep understanding of luxury, attention to detail, and a focus on service.A collaborative approach to build strong relations with hotel departments essential to restaurant success.What we offer:Competitive salary, wages, and comprehensive benefits.Excellent training and development opportunities.Complimentary accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.Complimentary dry cleaning for employee uniforms.Complimentary employee meals.If you believe this is the right role for you, we would love to hear from you!
