Role OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Design Manager - Civil to lead the successful delivery of large-scale roads and highways infrastructure projects across Western Australia. Working with a leading engineering consultancy, you''ll oversee complex multidisciplinary design packages, ensure integration between design disciplines, and manage stakeholder expectations across project lifecycles.Benefits:Permanent staff role, competitive salary packge offeredWork wiith an experienced and friendly team on a range of key transport projectsPerth CBD basedQualifications & Skills:Bachelor''s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Chartered status (CPEng) highly desirable.Minimum 10 - 15 years''+ experience in civil infrastructure with proven experience managing major roads or highways projects.Strong technical engineering background across roads and highways projectsDemonstrated knowledge of Main Roads WA standards and approval processes.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Proven track record in delivering large design packages within time, budget, and quality constraints.Ability to lead and collaborate within large, multidisciplinary project teams.Experienced leading a bid package and executing package of works once awardedDuties & Responsibilities:Lead and manage the design delivery of major civil infrastructure projects from concept to detailed design.Act as primary interface between clients, internal design teams, and delivery partners.Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams including road geometry, drainage, structures, and utilities.Ensure adherence to Main Roads WA (MRWA) standards, guidelines, and relevant Australian codes.Review and approve design documentation including specifications, drawings, and reports.Manage design risks, scope changes, budgets, and program timelines.Facilitate design reviews, constructability assessments, and value engineering processes.Play a key role in bid and tender packagesMentor and guide junior designers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.About Our ClientLeading engineering consultancy delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across transport, infrastructure, and urban development projects throughout Australia and internationally.How to ApplyClick the APPLY button or contact Matt Saffioti on (08) 6467 0630 for a confidential discussionAbout Titan RecruitmentTitan Recruitment is an Australian-owned engineering and technology recruitment consultancy with over 25 years of industry insights.
