Starting as soon as possible, this role is full-time (5 days per week) for up to 6 months, with strong potential for extension.About the role:Youll be part of a highly regarded team, working closely with two leading partners on high-end and complex matters. The firm offers a supportive and collaborative culture, along with flexible working arrangements.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Assisting clients in drafting, interpreting and advising on employment agreements and company policies and procedures.Advising on and managing industrial relation issues faced by clients.Providing guidance on workplace issues including terminations, grievances and disciplinary processes.Interpreting employment legislation such as the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).Conducting litigation such as unfair dismissal, general protections and breach of contract claims.Who we are looking for:We''d like to speak with lawyers with 4-10+ years PAE experience in a reputable employment law practice or in-house role.
