Wave Systems, a subsidiary of Complexica, is looking for a driven and tech-savvy Helpdesk Team Lead to spearhead our FreshDesk-powered support operations. What You''ll Do Lead and mentor a team of analysts delivering expert support across IT, TMS, and TOS platforms Manage ticketing workflows and ensure SLAs are met Build trusted client relationships and act as the key liaison for issue resolution Oversee application support, implementation, and integration for logistics systems Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve service and product offerings Provide documentation, training, and mentorship to team members and clients Stay current with trends in logistics, cloud tech, and service delivery best practices What You Bring 4+ years in IT support, ideally in transport & logistics environments Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and traditional IT infrastructure Proven leadership and mentorship skills in a helpdesk setting Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with TMS, SCM, or other logistics platforms A proactive, customer-first mindset and a healthy sense of humour Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences This is your chance to join a tight-knit team where autonomy is encouraged, innovation is welcomed, and your contributions make a real impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
